Order Questions

What you see in the pictures are the natural colors of the fabric. We use natural light for taking fabric pictures. Color appearance may vary due to monitor settings. In case customers announce that the product's colors do not match the photo, customers have to send a picture of the product they received via Email, and we will make a decision.

You'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website to pay with PayPal. And you Can pay With PayPal on the checkout page. PayPal also accepts credit card payment methods.

You do not need to pay sales tax.

If it's only been a couple of hours since the order was placed, and you've realized you've made an error in your order, there's a good chance that we can still make that change for you. We do pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping.

On the other hand, suppose it's been more than a couple of hours since the order was placed; there is a good chance it has already been processed or shipped. Then, unfortunately, no changes will be able to be made.

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Track This Order’. Your tracking link will be able to provide up-to-date information on the status of your order.

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the recipient's sole responsibility. Unfortunately, as this may differ from country to country, we cannot give you an accurate estimate. Please check with your country's customs for details terms and regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and its destination. You can calculate a shipping quote after items are added to your shopping cart by using the “Shipping Rate” feature on the dropdown cart menu, on the cart page before and during the checkout process.

Returns Questions

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item. Items must be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been used or opened. Please visit our Delivery and Return policy for more information.

Refunds for online orders are generally processed within 1-2 weeks of your returned merchandise arriving at our warehouse.

Return for refund: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sastybale.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Used items will not be accepted for return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Clearance items and custom-made products such as drapes cannot be returned. Used items will not be accepted for return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department if you want to take advantage of our discounted return label offer.

About Account

No, you are welcome to checkout as a guest. However, you won't have all of the benefits of being a registered customer with guest checkout, such as seeing your order status and keeping addresses on file for faster check out.

General Questions

If you want to send something to someone as a gift, you can use their address as the shipping address for your order. Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift-wrapping service so that the goods will arrive just like a regular order. You might want to warn the lucky person, so they know to expect a parcel!

Our prices are set at the wholesale level, which allows us to pass on the benefits and savings of purchasing in bulk to our customers.

Step 1

One full day before your event, hang the tablecloth on a clothesline. The heat from the sun will warm the plastic and gravity will pull out the creases. Do this for the full day for the best results.

Step 2

Use a hair dryer, on a low setting, to get the wrinkles out. Pass the hot air back and forth over the tablecloth and smooth it with your hand. Don't get the hair dryer too hot or too close to the tablecloth or you run the risk of melting a hole in it. This technique is especially helpful if you have an extra set of hands to gently pull the wrinkles out while you warm them with the hair dryer.

Step 3

Put the whole tablecloth in the dryer. If there are too many wrinkles for the hair dryer method, you can place the whole tablecloth in the dryer. Chose a low, delicate setting. You are only drying the tablecloth long enough to warm it up so that the wrinkles will fall out. If you leave it in the dryer too long, it will melt, and likely ruin your dryer in the process. You need to put it in for one-minute intervals once your dryer has warmed up. Take it out, shake the wrinkles out, and place it back on the table.

Step 4

Place a warm, damp towel on top of any especially difficult wrinkles and iron the towel. This will create steam to loosen the wrinkles. The towel will become very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
